yes, that is possible :-) Just right-click (or CTRL click) on the tag and select "Get Tag Info". Then "Co-workers" to the groups text box.

I have a tag of one of my friends...and I've added her to the group "Friends", but I also want her to be in the group "Co-workers". Is this possible?
